Event Week Days 5 & 6: Kids’ Ai Literacy Class Mission

The goal isn’t to pinpoint "who exactly said what," but to share (usually) an outsider's view and overall perspective on these industries. I’m not here to act as a definitive firsthand source—readers should do their own research. I hope this inspires you to attend events, explore new industries, and hear what leaders are presenting. These notes combine my observations with thoughts on how things could run smoother and how ideas connect (IMO). I’m not an expert, you know? Just hanging out in the room with them. Enjoy!I am taking today off from events to tutor, working on cleaning my house + researching a bit more to build out this Ai for Kids / Parents course ASAP + beyond. (Spoiler alert, this continued into the next day, too - more below).
Last night at 11pm I mistakenly stumbled upon this White House update. I meant to type another website with “wh” right before bed, but clicked “enter” too soon - then saw this headline: ADVANCING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE EDUCATION FOR AMERICAN YOUTH
It’s only 4 days old, this announcement, but I think it’s right up my alley……….
Yeah, after seeing this, I was like: woah, classes need to be made, huh? Resources? I can do this…. but need to understand it WAY better.
‘Event Week’ has been awesome, it will continue to be awesome - and it’s kinda technically even more than ‘Day 5 in a row of events’ for me, cause I attended an event the day before - and lately I’ve been at a billion events! So many this month. Tomorrow I hear like 3 more speeches, maybe only 2.
But you see my point? :) I’m taking a day off. “___ number of days in a row SOUNDS cute, but there are other amazing ways to spend your time. Right? Pivot, baby. Pivot.
Just putting this here to show my system, I set HIGH expectations for myself, and just do my best every day. For me, today the best thing I can do is stay home and work on what I’ve gathered so far. This opportunity is exciting and huge to me - I just need to make time for it.
Use your resources wisely. This includes your time, money, attention, focuses, and motivation.
NEXT DAY - the slacking carries on - not!!! Just depends on your perspective. I’ve been working like 30 hours straight or maybe 40 or 100 depending how you frame it. I’m hard at work on this Ai mission… and my merch store hahahah. It is too fun - and - a way people can support this work if they’d like. I’m adding in a million surprises with each order (as they get approved by printfullll) and building out the brand. Everything is turning out cuter than expected + like the items of my dreams (I have some merch heading this way that is CRAZY hahah - crazy amazing)
Also, guess what?? My speech I was going to attend today (April 28th) - CANCELLED!!! lol. Good timing. So, tomorrow, I’m back on track to an event (probably, unless this momentum continues). Then, let’s see what the rest of the week holds.
Days (and weeks and months and years) like these are the best. You know exactly what to work on, and hope/trust it’s headed to success hahhahaa.
