The KT Glossary:
Common Words, Phrases, and ‘Why’?

My opinion on what “Artificial Intelligence’s” abbreviation SHOULD be, so I use it. It’s written intentionally with lowercase “i”. Why??
"AI” is said to ‘level the playing field’, but look at it’s name! It looks like AL, maybe.
From the start, this creates confusion and intimidation around an already confusing and intimidating technology to newbies. The name is hard to read! I see this as an intentional barrier to entry, alienating those skeptical of this useful tool. Giving those using it an advantage, which is not the point of its existence, right???“AI’s” abbreviation is conveniently blamed on grammar, but grammar rules are broken all of the time - Why not here? This is a waste of time and opportunity for humanity, labeling “Ai” as “AI” creates distance.
-
An amazing icon of my youth that I love. She’s a comedic genius and was well before her time. Her work is classic, so many of her shows and comedy is incredible. She deserves better. Then and now. She is an inspiration for my work and I love the humor she always provided throughout my most formative years.

I write this all of the time. Usually, ATM means ‘at the moment’. This is probably really confusing since for many people (even myself a lot of the time) ATM = Automatic Teller Machine (the machine you get cash out of). So, let’s say I wrote “ATM I’m at the ATM” - it means “at the moment, I’m getting cash”. Good luck.
B
-
They’re acting like they’re good, but they’re bad. Foolin’ us all.
-
To refuse something. For example. I boycott makeup and owning a car.
C
-
This is in reference to feeling like an old man - who in theory should have respect, and yet, no one is listening. It’s meta.
-
This means things are crazy, but not extremely crazy. It’s still ‘Cyber Monday’ but it’s the afternoon, so the hype isn’t as intense.
-
I hardly understand how copyrights work, but it turns out you can use them when you make things!!! So, yeah - i’m copywritten. DWI: Deal with it.

These are publicily traded stocks held within a company’s transfer agent. If you purchase a stock and DRS book it, then it’s not held in a brokerage and can not be lent out for profit. The stocks are owned by YOU instead of a custodian.
This is not financial advice, this is a word in the glossary. -

The glossary is a strategic page to feature on your website. It lists thoughtfully defined things that you want to take authority for. On the technical side, the glossary ties many of your entities together (for other inferencing) and can link together a lot of your pages. Definitions can plug into your own or external sources. Crawlers will love the interconnectedness of your website.

The process of taking care of your external and internal appearance so much that others notice and comment on how great you’re looking. Growing into yourself and glowing up.

The things you want to accomplish. These can often require hard work, persistence, and self-confidence, depending on how much you want to push yourself and go out of the norm.
-
How can an entire generation grow up on a show and not expect to be influenced? You know you love me :)

Interesting means you are truly surprised or intrigued with some new information.
Unless you say ‘interesting’ like a troll. I typically don’t. Though it’s trending lately.

The theory that the world is intentionally/untentionally getting more and more muted/pastel. From culture, film, fashion, architecture, design, etc. Look around and start to test it. What do you see? (see one of my solutions, the © Reverse Pastel Theory, below)

An endearing nickname for the CEO of GameStop, Ryan Cohen.

This is my plan to reverse “Pastel Theory”. There is is a theory that the world is turning more and more pastel and I see this coming true. Look around - so much has turned pastel. We grew up in a world of joy and color. Now everything is getting more and more muted. So, over time, I want to reverse the Pastel Theory by using foot-in-the-door strategies, asking for bold ideas (like art around the city in sorta segments at a time) in simple colors, pastels. To add accents. Then, we keep it going, over time, adding more color - bringing the cities and surroundings alive.
We can do this is many industries (not that the world needs to be a neon light show) but we need to bring back the vibrance of the 80’s, 90’s, and today.

The Regulation SHO Threshold Securities is a list run by the SEC that you can get put on if you are in charge of buying stocks, but don’t make the purchases in time. You will get flagged and added to the Reg SHO list. However, there is no official next step.

A reminder that we’re apparently ‘the smartest humanity has ever been’ right now and yet we still have some extremely basic problems. Our priorities make no sense, here in this futuristic time of “2025”… (does this viewpoint age me? Who cares! Look around the world. It’s time to step up our standards of living - universally.)
