A month has already passed and I’m back at the Open Claw meetup. This time, let’s see if anything is as inspiring and incredible as the cattle farm example from last week. I really enjoyed networking last time and learning use cases. Let’s see what else is in store?
Why Attend: These days, I’m learning everything I casually can about AI - especially now that I’m trying to build software. I’m excited to see what else is inspiring and makes sense to me. And let’s see if I can apply some of this to my work in the future. For now, I’m just showing up and ready to learn.

I’m so happy at this open claw event. Even though I’ve been labeled “LEVEL 1” lol, I wrote it “Level 1.5” cause I am at least not as inexpenreced as before. Also I’m happy to see a friend here. And this is someone I’ve definitely met more than 11 times now. And never given me a single creepy vibe. Woudl we work together in the future? Maybe - he’s building literal AI. So, maybe he can help with my software in teh future. I asked him today if I’d use his or chatgpt or something and he said his is more expensive, though with educating kids you need privacy so his may gee a good fit.
Also, I don’t know many people from New Zealand? Australia? But the guy running this thing sounds like a more manly/smarter/techie “Mr. G” from Summer Heights High. I love that show hahaha. Completely.
Okay this first guy is talking about peopel who are at zero level of open claw: it’s all the rage, right?
- it’ s not an LLM - its super small. It can run on a raspberry pie. You need tons of RAM cause of LLM. You can run it local, hybrid, or cloud only

Open Claw:
Always-on-> has a heartbeat
Has a memory and remembers and evolves as you work with it
Has a soul - you set the boundaries, you need to tell it not to delete everything or it might
Its an orchestrator of stuff (tools, subagents, plugins, etc)
It’s not that easy and can delete everything. Keep it locked up
The west and the east are doing the exact opposites. They’re saying to just go crazy with it. They’re paying peopel to go crazy with open claw, and here we’re like be careful, its dangerous.
So who will win, the ones who say let’s go nuts or the cautious?
Tehy’re paying workers to train their replacements. Or hopefully their assistants.
For him, it has its own email, not connected to anything. Here is the logo he made himself (wow!)
It can help him travel, take the lite rail, take the bus, drive, bike. It scours the internet to pull everything together. It’s a course builder for traveling. It shows topography or satellites or mnimal.
OKAY I came up with my app’s NAME JUST NOW!!! Unreal. hint: “travel” triggered me to think of it. The one I’ve been kinda building lately/half a decade. Ever since leaving China. Woww.
There is already a trademark on one version of the name, but it’s for something unrelated. About train companies printing. So I dont’ want to put it in public yet but the name is EDU- - - - - (that’s a hint) and so I just reached out to two people I know in the IP world :) heck yeahhhhhh. OMG the name is so osososooso good I came up with too. Way too good. Like SO kid/friendly family and lots of meanings. Wow. Meant to be. I’m hyped. SO I just got distracted with that.
It’s the best name ever cause it’s like a play on words but also matched my brand identity PERFECTLY. And I’m stunned cause when I talked to a girl at the events show last week and asked her how she came up with her name, for her company, she said it took like dozens of tries. But I thoguht this up and its available yet INCREDIBLE.
Okay so that was amazing and kinda the best part of my day suddenly. Unreal.
Let me get back to it. They said that open claw will easily give away your passwords and it’s super easy to circumvent the soul. Also, I’m literally the only woman here. Hahah out of 17 people - except one other that just showed up dup. Which made me realize that.
WOW this is so cool I came up with the name . It’s so good. AMAZINGGGGGGGG. Like a 10/10 name no joke. AND I just got the website for it for $6.79 for THE YEAR. Hahaha amazing.
cause the “coach” wanted me to come up with the name, with him, then and there the other night. But I was thinking, what hte heck - no. This is sometihng I need to think about and really come to naturally - and in private probably.
They’re saying use Karpathy skill coding and its SO much better for using units - he helped with Tesla and Claude - look for his open claw work and he’l l help you be super efficient using credits
Okay - I just bought the website. BOOM. Now I’ll talk to the guy I know here and like about his incubator and ask if I shoudl join it. Cause the google event I went to earlier today, they said if you’re part of an incubator you get 25k in credits. And this is an amazing idea. Lets see. Maybe I can really do this!!!
Wow and I just booked a call with my friend in NYC (friends with my late business partner who I think of daily and always feel her spirit is with me) he is someone who has over 10 inventions and written many books on inventing. Okay let’s goooo.
Okay I didnt learn ANYTHING from this event. That’s a fact. But on my own I did SOOOO MUCH and this was a BREAKTHROUGH!!
Now it’s almost over and peopel are talking about what they’re building.
But I’m surprised some of the people I liked best from last time aren’t here.
Yeah everyone is just chatting but now I got a message about my daughter. I’m finally tuning into this event liek with 15 minutes left hahahaha. But, time WELLLLL spent 100%.
I’ll announce the name after I get it trademarked. hahahaha omg. what a day.
