Well, just procrasting and happen to see gamestop’s FIRST EVER TRADING CARD party (at least that I know of hahah, probably not) Omg. I mean, good news - its to pick up some trading cards, I guess? (It’s not super clear). Which… lately, that’s my field of work. What? Being unclear- haha no. Trading cards. I’m making my own trading cards to go with my stories. So… let’s see what this activity holds. It’s nice to see they’re hosting events! hahha. I bet they got htat idea from me. :) OMG CANT WAIT TILL THEY HAVE LIVE GAMESSSS TO WATCH AND CHEER ON haha. really. it’ll be fun. Espeically when the games are even better, too. I CHALLENGE YOU TO FUSION FRENY (and by challenge, I mean lets work togetherand win!)
Why Attend: As I said, I love events. It’s not exactly my favorite poster. but, to each their own. And yeah, if/of course -if I can, I’ll stopppp by and let’s see how its going. I love to watch people win things. Me? I don’t really care. Cause I lke to PLAY pokemon cards (but i haven’t in so long) but if i win a good card, i’ll just roll my eyes cause I ‘d want to play with it hahaha. you know? but maybe virtually you can one day.

Notes ahead of time:
well, tomorrow morning - ending at 12 at both stores? (and i have a meeting from 7-8 tomorrow morning earlyyy and need to work so much tonighttt so now i’m like ahh haha) - but you have to ask teh sales associate if its participating? so? idk. what if you go all the way to the wrong store and then they’re not participating, go to the other store?… maybe they’ll have an update….. this is not exactly clear cause if you’re like me, don’t have a car but/and you live near two gamestops you dont even know which to go to - unless you call them when they open? or pay for lyfts like $30 each way? idk. so i may just have to pick one or something.
and actually, i was making this song for my NEXT week’s class:
anyway. let’s see. that’s so complicated and i’ll figure it out in the morning hopefully. i mean, whatever hahaha - worse case i’ll stop by the new one (the NON-theater one). its nice to see new things. but i’ve never been there and dont know how (versus the other one, i do know how - but you have to do two transfers and the second one is so close that you roll your eyes every time) but still worth it cause you end up near the movie theater + conveyer belt sushi —- but lately i’m sick of all movies. The last one I saw was Anora (which ALL OF THE TIME, I almost put on my list of “recommended movies” but i just feel it needs too much clarificationa dn I dont even want to get into it now). and it made me cry so so so sosososo much for days and days, and even now sometimes when I think of it i cry, lol :(. and ygrette from game of thrones. Anyway. It was super good, but just realyl felt too heartbreaking and vulnerable and sad of a movie.
But, I walked by that exact alderwood, gamestop like earlier this week and almost took a picture (I think a few days after my birthday?) hahah. but didn’t. wasn’t hte right time. And latley I don’t liek the movies they’re playing. So, yeah, may be fun to see a new one—- a new gamestop. or the OG near movie.
and btw i will be a bit underwhelmed if i go all the way to one of these places and no one wins like an amazing card, you know waht I mean? But i’m excited to see teh community, too - and see what I looks like. Actually… i think people will be GEEKING out to finally meet each other, espeically if this is just the beginning. The more events they can have letting true investors join.
just lately i’m working so so so so hard.. a bit really tired and have hardly slept well since my birthday (in a good/for real way though)… so i hardly wanted to leave my house till i planned to this saturday. so, there are few things i’d do this for but i will. should be interesting/worth it. just dont wanna get my hopes up too high. and its confusing from this end. But, still amazing to see them building this community and events and everything :)
okay - i’ll write more later. cause i do wanna say one more thing. i feel like a HUGE huge huge huge huge huge huge piece of the puzzle is clicking for me. About their strategy (and my class tomorrow) ahaha. i jsut think community will be a big part of it. So. You know. Let’s see waht the future holds - and these card packs.
